Don't know cos haven't visit the sales gallery yet. Maybe go 6c6c tomorrow if free.

As far as I know, the units are basically all facing east or west. Not my cup of tea.

Any caffra buyer here? The Setia staff said no plan for precinct 11 to fence up. Was told will be fence up
by setia after committee formed and majority residents agreed to it after signing S&P. Any buyer here
was told the same thing before S&P?

Yes, not only save on the progressive interest, buyer also face less risk in case of abandon project. Although trust that chances of that happening with SPS is almost none existence. biggrin.gif

I think this is the new rulling by local council for non gated estate.

developer only allowed to build guard house and fencing after the VP.......

boh pien.....stupid government.....

Just put booking fees for Montana...type F..many type F taken..

no 4 is probaby one of the few left...southern part taken mostly...

Sales agent mentioned up frot that there is a factory and chinese funeral area some distance away from montana ...area...
