Depends lorh, if for those first time buyer like me that prefer to buy a house now for own stay but won't be moving in so soon then we will prefer buying new launch. Plus developer absorbs all other s&p, legal fees, etc. New house then new design, new area, new environment, perhaps something that people will consider. |
