for me also so far okay as i usually only go to KJ so i guess the road widening works temporarily.

luckily so far even denai alam isn't at full capacity yet.

but there needs to be improvement connecting Guthrie to Federal/NKVE, currently now there is no direct connection, the road between Jelutong/TTDI/BT3 is choked everyday.

times square is also quite subjective since the upper floors which were supposed to be more for smaller retailers were empty for a long time and now are taken up a few lots at a time and converted to offices and service centers for telco's and consumer electronics brands. hmm.gif

i think many people's mindset still stuck in 1800's.
we're living in an era where mortality rates are at an all time low but cost of living has gone up.
for middle or upper middle income earners to have a good quality of life, i think 2kids is more than enough.
the world is getting over populated, we don't need bigger houses to have bigger families to create more humans to populate the world more, take up more resources and land.

at the rate industrial and agricultural land is being converted to high end residential nowadays i wonder what we're doing economically to sustain it sweat.gif

subang jaya UEP era most landed can fit 3 c-segment cars.
USJ era most landed can fit 2 d-segment cars.
