i wonder for those who success in the balloting exercises and in this coming weekend is their chance to select the unit session. If a person decided to withdawal due to left over unit not nice, What happen to the unsold units? Sold to staff secretively?

The banks provide by them are:

So which one have good offer?

CxxB only offer BLR-1.9%

Got one bank offer the followings:
1st yr: BLR - 2.5%
2nd & 3rd : BLR - 2.45%
4th yr onwards: BLR - 2.4%
Lock in period: 3 years from 1st drawndown.

Interesting deal but yet to see the validity of it.

Alliance Bank offer BLR-2.4% for whole tenure.
