Been stay in SA since 2010. Thing been growing fast, from no traffic lights become traffic lights, from no Jam to become Jam.
Overall is a nice place to stay because of the good land scape and greenary feature. I was in option choosing Bkt Raja and SA last time. Lucky I choose SA, after seeing current development and environment of Bkt Raja.
Hose wise workmaship is so so. But you can spend some money to make it nice. The wide road and street lamp all the way around SA area.
Only thing I find is SA food is no up to par, especially hawker foods. Hard to find a good food.

Quite low actually. My family have a unit in Baiduri and occupancy rate is about 25% or less despite getting the key earlier this year.
