Probably better to go for those earlier phase which still under previous "Lau" erra to ensure quality of the products..ie those "G" or "M" series in setia indah..
i really dont have confident to those new 2.5storey behind setia mall... Can this group of developer compatible with SP setia, even the current team ? i doubt so without saying with previous team

yeah agreed..without team of LKS, wonder they can dupicate the sucess model on the other side of Setia Alam..
