Kasturi not so fast bcz they intend to launch the remaining phases of Trefoil and DutaVilla first. Then maybe DSTH end of this year bfore Kasturi n Intan.

If not mistaken, one of the upcoming pipeline is DSTH and pricing above RM 700k+ ( yet to determine ). Heard that if they launch, the earliest would be Dec 2012 ....

Merely not confirm yet boss. They have plenty of launches. After Dutavilla and Trefoil new phases, then 3-4 storey shop office next to Seri Jati&Baiduri.

SPS normally predicted it at the very last minute.

Now they concentrating Trefoil new phase, Duta Villa new phase, then Setia Taipan and then Seri Intan and Seri Kasturi.

Guess they had busy calendar year.

After Intan / Kasturi comes up. It woukd be total 3,000 units if included Jati / Baiduri.

With the price range of 200k plus. I think quite decent offer.

Kasturi looks good n much better looking facade conpare the other 3.

Yes. Both are same land title and next to each other. Baiduri and Kasturi are directly behind the Setia Taipan while Jati and Intan are next to both Baiduri n Kasturi.

No transferable and only can add name.

If u cancel, dev will allocate the unit to other reserve ballotees.

Previously, I was told 20 x 70, initial RM 700k+ last year during planning stage n 2 months ago, was told might be RM 800k onwards.

But 20 x 65 foot for a 2.5 storey is quite small.

I think Setia Alam rental demand could be very low.

No college, no varsity and not much jobs created just yet, hardly can get good tenants. Probably btw RM 1,000 - RM 1,300 ...

Setia Alam is township maker with houses built every year. Definitely more to a capital appreciation more than rental game, unless few colleges / unis or some big companies with huge number of staffs, then its possible. Moreover, landed are always low yield on rental.

BBR is going improve n improve, though location issue, the houses built by Sime were really modern facade n prices peaking up, which surprised me. Which phase u had sold? My fren just bought a unit of Avani for RM 630k. Looks not bad though little pricey.

Thought fully sold by ballot few months back?

Must be loan rejected unit earlier. However if u wish to cancel, pls obtain approval from SP Setia, i dont think they allow u for ownership changes within ur own.
