very true, maybe that's why KK price still consider reasonable compare SA. if i can save 200k+interest for a house, i don't mind to have less amenities, that 200k is just too powerful in long run.

I bought a GG home in Subang for 408k few years back....whereas in DPC, similar home was selling for 488k then.
7 yrs later, my subang home....at best can sell only around 650k...whereas the DPC one, already appreciated to close to 1mil (think more)...

lesson learnt: sometimes it's not about the absolute value or size of the house.....or how much p+i you paid.....you need to look at the bigger picture....

how can u compare DPC and Subang? totally different location n concept, DPC is at his own class, and how u know in future SA will become second DPC while AI or KK will become second subang? both are similar location, you have fact n data to share? if u can foresee future, than you should have brought DPC last time isn't it?? you learnt a lesson, but how u make sure u won't repeat the same mistake?? what IF AI become second DPC ? shocking.gif shocking.gif
