Boss, upcoming would be Caffra @ 3 storey linked house of 20 x 65 foot print with estimated 2400+ built up and Serrata @ 3 storey cluster semi-d of 32 x 70 foot print with 2600+ sq feet built up ...No idea of the price but could be indicative of RM 800k+ for Caffra and RM 1mil++ for Serrata. |

i think this time..not much units to ballot. only 3 blocks available..can foresee no of ppl to join the ballot will hit 8k.

only 330 units (3 blocks) open for public sales.
Another 3 blocks is reserve by SP SETIA staff If 5k people ballot = chance 6.6% If 10k people ballot = change 3.3% Is like going for lottery like that.. very very hard to get... good luck. |
