This is in Setia Alam @ Shah Alam, as per the thread title.
Precinct is just a fancier word for zone or area. Now this word usage is no longer limited to Putrajaya..

where is the actual site of intan/kasturi in precint 15?is it same site with jati/baiduri?

Yes. Both are same land title and next to each other. Baiduri and Kasturi are directly behind the Setia Taipan while Jati and Intan are next to both Baiduri n Kasturi.

emeryman.. i never understood why theres an SPA price and a separate price for upgrading works. SA never gave me a convincing answer.

Why is upgrading work such a high portion of the price?

Yes. You are right. Puzzling why the upgrading work is much higher. But the my main concern is the bank loan valuation. Will bank value on the basic unit price and only a portion of the upgrading work

i was thinking the same, and i think it could be some technical trick that the Developer is trying to comply with building low & med cost apartment price range from 60k-99k below RM100k and same times provide "upgrade work" to make it to a better valued Apartment to maintain their ideal class of occupants that going to stay in SA.


i may be wrong though, just my guessing tongue.gif

don't know the details but been told private housing law stipulates ceiling prices for such apts, basic, no gng, no pool, cement render floor, etc.

looks like one ceiling at 72k, another at 100k.

perhaps those who got last jati-baiduri and cross-check the nos. and verify.
