Hihi...its like when u stay in regalia...u actually will be putting up mattress next to the pool.....star glazing whole day...

Nobody ever show the interior pixs of apartments lobby drop off and etc .

U dun need the project to be offical launch b4 applying loan.
Once apdl obtained can apply and obtained loan jor.

Official launch date is somrthing else and there is no fixed date a developer 'must' officially launched.

Obtaining apdl and officially launch are two seperate things lah....

Obviously you cant officially launch when u dun have apdl

But with apdl you can start selling sign spa and process loan.

No need to wait for 8zhi aligned to officially launch the project.

Ok. I thought short term is 1 yr or shorter.
Long term is long term on rental.

Balcony is goof place to keep yr mops and other cleaning tools if your unit doesnt have dry yard.

Of course it can hang clothes and smoking zone.

there are two plots of car park lots there leh....before.

if this project got apdl,,,,,,surely the developer already required by law to erect the construction post on site and people can protest if wanted to, no?
