Regalia 现在月租 1300-1500 / 500sqft 的。
chambers 没有 sky pool ，方尺>又少过别人的。
所以 chamber 长租能到 1500块，已经要偷笑了。每个月倒贴 500-800块钱。

唯一的出路也就是 Airbnb 而已。但是做 Airbnb 也多不了多少钱。并且 chamber 大部分都是投资者，508个 unit 中，当作 300个 unit  做 Airbnb, 竞争也太大了。。

并且前几年，kl city 大部分的新 project 建出来的楼，都以 Airbnb 而生。所以说啊，这几年将会有过万个 unit 出来竞争了。

唉 ~ 两难啊。。。 要想想其他办法了。。

you bought already? Why not consider other project?
I considered this project before but dropped off because I have the same concern as you.
Somemore it is located behind one row of old houses + no sky facilities.. I dunno how they are going to compete with Regalia.

所有的 project 都有它的优缺点 , 不管那里都是一样的喔 ～
没有 100分的 project , 如果你能找到 / 看到它 100分的话 , 发展商 / 炒家肯定比你更早知道 ,
到时候那个价位肯定卖得比天高 , 不是一般人可以 Tahan 。

所以说 ; 没有完美 , 比上不足 , 比下有余 ~
