Today I experienced "Could not connect to our server" on Boost. Can't make payment and can't send money. I login and logout of my Boost account but the issue still persisted. I changed phone and login to the same Boost account also the same thing.

When merchant scan my QR code, it says balance in my wallet is insufficient but I had RM30 in my account while my purchases is RM20. I even showed the cashier my wallet balance but the transaction cannot proceed.

Anyone else experienced the same thing today?

Kinda sucks when you can't check your transaction history. They need to fix that.

I just got a push notification saying that it is a secret reward alert and to verify my email on boost/check my boost mail for more info but unfortunately service is unavailable, so I can't check my boost mail

I check my email also nothing. I wonder what is going on?
