I boost at DOME The Gardens and CS clarified no 50% cashback for this outlet, only DOME KLIA can get 50% cashback.

well i would say that is just the merchant list and not necessary will have 50% cashback.
from my experience so far, boosting at MBO falls under their MBO promo campaign.
and DOME is in the merchant list but their The Gardens outlet isn't entitled to 50% cashback, only DOME KLIA, according to Boost CS.

Boost CS told me Bluecube not applicable to 50% cashback campaign for my Boost payment at Bluecue Jlan Ampang

i'm probably like the only customer in my area outlet who makes them use boost payment.
first time i used was probably the first for them as well. they had ask around each other.
2nd time i used they left outlet smartphone uncharged and had to go find a charger first.

anyway i noticed they used this app on their smartphone:
