I dont see Bank Negara impose this kind of guideline elsewhere.

Try 'Scan and Pay', then look for the top bar where it says 'Where can I pay with boost'

BigPay is a prepaid card, it's normal when e wallets doesn't allow you to link prepaid cards with it, I think Wechat Pay has the same issue as well.

What I read, RM500 limit apply to electronic money transfer, ie between boost accounts.

1. Definition

“Cash Out”  means the withdrawal of Electronic Money from your Account;

“Electronic Money”  means money in digital form provided by Boost in exchange for monies paid to Boost and which may utilized by you via the App to make Payment, to Cash Out, to do an Electronic Money Transfer and/or to undertake such other transactions which may be stipulated by Boost from time to time;

“Electronic Money Transfer” means the service which enables you to transfer Electronic Money from your Account to another user’s Account or to receive Electronic Money into your Account from another user’s Account;

SC JOP - No CB (or 0.2% only) on Boost RM1933, + spend RM567 on online/petrol to get RM85.
PB VS/QM - No CB (not online tx)
MBB FCB VS - Any retail transactions except Jompay/FPX.
Ambank True - Don't think so (not online tx)
UOB Yolo - No CB, but shall be considered 1 count/tx.
HLB Wise - No CB, spend RM1000 on Boost and another RM1000 on 3 categories giving 10% rebate.
M2Amex - not accepted.

Also good for CIMB CCs and CIMB-Lazada Prepaid MC (0.5%), RHB CCs.

Not too long boost will restrict debit card top-up for cash-out, just like other e-wallets. Enjoy it while it lasts.
