Tips for using Boost for the 50% cash back
1. Before you even sit down, ask the waiter if Boost is accepted. Sometimes even though there's a sticker at the door that says "Boost accepted", they may still not accept it for a multitude of reasons , like "system down/offline"
2. Know what you're ordering, and ask to pay as soon as you have ordered. That way if something goes wrong (for example connection issues with the machine) then you can still cancel the order. The machine requires internet connection to function.

It's that simple.

Tip for using Boost for the sake of convenience and also going cashless...

1. Always report to Boost if you face the issue when the merchant doesn't accept your payment via Boost even though the outlet that you visit shows that they accept Boost (Boost sticker outside the door / or Boost sign at the counter)

2. If you don't report, doesn't mean others will.

It's that simple to support the cashless movement, even if you're using it just because of the cashback, please show some support in helping Malaysia take steps further into becoming a cashless society. Many thanks and much appreciated!

my experience with acceptance for boost so far...go for those merchants showing Boost sign/sticker at the counter. those not showing Boost sign are unlikely to be aware of Boost (although Boost has listed them as partners ).

KK mart, nando's, tealive and borders display Boost sign at their counter. Paparich doesnt, that's why the cashier is unaware of boost
*
Paparich does actually, but depends on the outlet. I've seen one in Pavilion that has the Boost QR code sign at the counter, but I chose to pay using Favepay instead for the cashback. But since that now you can link Boost with Favepay, I'm gonna do just that next time to get double the reward (Favepay cashback + Boost shake reward) lol.

got min purchase bro?

No, it's considered as a gift card so no min purchase. You can use it in conjunction with another discount promo code (Digi, maxis, etc...) My rule of thumb for Zalora is never buy anything unless you have a 18-22% promo code. 22% is the highest I've seen.

For RM100, I would buy a RM30 voucher for RM27. Whether saving RM3 is worth the trouble is entirely debatable.

Anyone facing this problem? I tried to withdraw since 29th July but still facing the same problem. My last successful withdraw request was on the 23rd July and the transaction was successful. Chat with cs on fb but no reply

BOOST is late to update the system.

my advice is use another bank account to transfer out.

Not sure, as I've yet to try it yet. But I don't think you can, because you're gonna be using Favepay as the platform and Boost as the payment method, so cashback will only be given on Favepay's side. Also, according to the instructions from both sides...you will be entering the amount of payment first, and then select Boost as the payment method, after that it will bring you to Boost to enter your pin and finally make the payment. So I don't think it's possible to trigger the cashback entity on Boost's side. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

What I meant by doubling the reward was the cashback from Favepay and the shake reward from Boost.

anyone know how to delete the merchant under bill payment if I accidentally added the merchant in payment page but haven't add account to pay to?

and what is the minimum bill payment to entitle shake reward?

I just "test water" paid RM10 to TM bills but no shake reward.
