Hi guys, anyone encountered boost app reload credits by itself without even open the app. I dont know why there's a top-up wallet of RM49 today but i didn't even do that nor opening the app until later at night. Anywhere to dispute this transaction? >.<

last time the yubiso cashier yg promote boost to me.

DBKL parking shake reward is back today! I wonder should I email them about missing reward yesterday? Anyway just rm5.

Yup...paid just for 3hrs today, and shake reward is as usual rm1

For yesterdays, reported to boost and they credited me with just 50 cent (usually for 5hrs parking, get rm2 shake reward)

just paid RM1 and get RM0.50 as shake reward
50% cashback!

today Boost call me up ask me why i "boosted" 5 times with the amount of RM10 each at a restaurant - i told them that i want to earn shake reward - the lady over the other side of the line is not too happy about it

this is to be expected from us Malaysians unless they come out with new rule, only one shake reward per day at a specific merchant.

soon they gonna implement logic like 1 user can only earn 'shake reward' from 1 merchant per day
meaning if first time u pay with boost RM10, you get shake reward of RM0.50, then if second time you pay same merchant no shake reward
once this is implemented, i guess you will have no choice but to pay the full amount in 1 transaction
again i do agree and admit that i abuse the "shake reward", like you said we are malaysian and i am just "enjoying" the reward while it is still there

first time i heard boost customer service called customers. btw, would you mind to reveal their tel no ? it is because we find no other way to contact them except via email, FB messenger or in-app question, and sometimes they dont answer our questions at all

At least you were honest.. But really, Boost cares that much huh.. Usually, very hard to establish contact with Boost CS.. Seems like restrictions incoming..

my recent shake:
dubuyo mid valley Rm8.95 - 0.20 = 2.23%
dubuyo kl sentral Rm8.95 - 0.20 = 2.23%
abc bistro Rm11.50 - 0.50 = 4.35%
mbg Rm22.40 - 1.00 = 4.46%

don't try any amount above Rm100, as you wont be getting good shake reward (%)
