I tried enter my billing number for umobile. Seems like account number for Umobile 1.6xxxxx , the dot (.) not valid

Hi, anybody tried to cash out from boost but failed today?

Max allow for 1 day.
I still got quota for monthly cashout.
Well, maybe I need to rephrase my question.
I did the cash out yesterday and there is no issue (i even received an email from Maybank informed me regarding the transfer at 5pm today).
But out of sudden (at 9pm), I received a pop out notification from boost that the transfer is not successful and the amount is reversed into my boost account.
I am wondering anyone else face the same problem. 

You mean CC charged twice but wallet only received once? If this is the case then it's very worrying, sometimes I don't really check, and unlike BigPay we can't download transaction history, once it's gone, it's gone

Seems like Boost start giving receipt for paying bills. I received in email

I try to top up my helloemas account, RM500 (got 3 bucks shake reward), will try next time split maybe into 50 50, see if can get good shake reward or not.

I emailed Boost CS. Following is their reply:
