Would like to suggest TS update which credit card recommended for Boost top up

I tried
Maybank Visa Barcelona (2% cash back)
Standard chartered cash bask (confirmed with customer service eligible)
Public bank Quantum (not eligible)

Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, MyDebit, Samsung Pay should classify as 1 payment option - card / contactless payment right as they share the same terminal.

Under Bill & Payment? I don't see U Mobile though.

just came back from KK mart. Rm0.20 shake reward for Rm3.00 purchase
KK cashier told me ever since 50%cb promo ended, no one else used boost to pay

it took quite some time for the cashier to use boost machine though....
because of extremely low usage after the 50%cb campaign ended, the machine was continuosly switched off until i requested to use boost to pay

I also notice some 50% CB outlets still displaying the 50% CB.

why still don't have Digi Postpaid 😶

Did you eventually get your shake?

For bill payments - I only tried Unifi - the shake rewards do not appear immediately after the transaction. Unifi, for example, takes about 5-10 mins before the shake is available . I think maybe Boost's system is confirming payment with Unifi or something before issuing the shake.

Anyway, the first time I paid Unifi, like you, I didn't get a shake so I immediately sent Boost support a message. A few minutes later the shake appeared. At first, I thought super efficient support staff. Then later in the day, Boost support awarded me another shake reward.

is it your first mobile prepaid top up ?
did u get rederral bonus ?
if u received referral bonus for first prepaid top up, then u won’t get shake reward for that particular transaction. this is what boost staff told me when i questioned them few weeks ago
