I've contacted Boost CS three times and first reply stated cashback will be credited within 3 working days, second reply stated the cashback will be updated by batches, third time no reply at all rclxub.gif

How do you get the time for received fund? When I checked at 3.55pm, fund was already in my account, don't know exact receival time.

My transactions:
requested withdrawal @ 12 Nov 2.41pm
received transfer advice (m2e) @ 14 Nov 3.07pm
received fund (mbb) @ 14 Nov (when I checked at 3.55pm)

Yes new number with new account. Yoodo cs said can use same account or create new account. She said one mykad can register for 5 SIM.

I withdrew RM1.3k last week, money credited into bank account in 2 working days.
Max should be RM1498 + RM2 fee? But I've not tried that.

Hi all,
I've been paying my Syabas bill for the past few months using Boost. Recently I added Unifi to Boost bill payment and paid for Unifi. But now when I want to pay for Syabas, I can't find Syabas anymore under Bills and Payment. Only Unifi is listed, Syabas has disappeared. Contacted Boost CS but they haven't replied me yet. Anyone here knows how to go about this?
