Dear kind sir, where is it I cannot find under boost?

now it seems like shake reward is the longest reward for BOOST.
others are temporary promotion.

i think we should report our shake reward here in the forum so we can know the lowest and highest in term of percentage of the amount transaction.

then we can actually trace the shake reward changes and the maximum/best amount to do transaction to get the highest possible chance of getting maximum shake reward.

I will start off mine first:

12x RM1 pay for Melaka Water bill. Get 12x shake reward of RM0. 
conclusion from this: RM1 payment to bill will get RM0 shake reward.

at least my purchase movie tix at MBO got RM20 - RM1 shake. 5%. cukur

When you made the order, did you put in your Boost number? It's right at the end of the order process where it says "Deliver to: xxx" and "Contact (optional):"
The optional Contact field is where you put in your Boost number, the wallet to receive the RM10.

If you already got your SIM, I think there's nowhere in the activation process to put in your Boost number.

Oh snap! I din enter my Boost number during order, I think I have order another SIM (current have 2 SIMs from Yoodo already), doubt is there limit for SIM ordering?

Didn't know got such receipt until ur post then checked my email because I also first time use it today. Not only handy to trace back, even can get shake reward when paying using Boost rather than using the coins machine eater
