I was being ask to print photo by my client, how much shall I charge?
His requirement as below:
1. Must be the highest end photo printer to print.
2. Must use original photo paper from either Epson, Canon or Kodak
3. A4 size or 8R the most.
4. Quantity might vary.
5. Must do some retouching if needed. (Depends on the condition)
6. Might need to print on diffrent paper stock in future.

So how do I charge?? For I can really calculate my printing costs...
I'm using Epson R390 to print for him. The ink cost is RM40/per color X 6.

how much print does each ink catridge last?

ie. if one catridge last 100 prints..

There fore

cost A= (RM40 x 6 )/ 100

Then how much does d paper cost each?

ie.

cost B = RM15 /10 piece

Therefore ur cost = cost A + cost B

Don't forget other cost such as electricty/overhead etc

so ur price = cost A + cost B + cost C + profit

I have no idea how many photo can be printed on one full cartridge as there is no guide or reference on this printer...
