I'm a teacher. My school gonna have sports day. For our house cheer, want to pass my student my bass so he can play the riff to Muse- psycho.
But it will be in a field, and will need to power the amp. Small amp jer, 20w.
How owuld you guys power the amp? I'm looking for a place to rent an uninterruptible power supply, kalau boleh.
But I'm open to better suggestions, never faced this problem before.

A diff option is actually to mic-up the amp nearby the PA and instead of powering up a 20W amp in the middle of a field (not knowing how much time you have to setup all this), it's better to get your bass to the field by using a Wireless Signal instead.. no wire..
Ie. Line 6 Relay G10
Maybe this is a different option...
20W amp for bass is very small anyway.. I don't know if its enough to be played in an open space and expecting the result that you may have imagined..

^^ i'd go for mic-ing the amp as well. the output wouldn't be as something you would want to have, but you got to start somewhere.
