Hmmm I just converted today from postpaid 40 -> 45, straight my 15GB reward was able to get 5G but now only able to get 4G, crap

I am also not sure after converted, are we still able to get the loyalty reward, my loyalty bonus was from the remaining of my postpaid 40 plan, needa check the next round renewal and see

ok, false alarm, what happened was after converted their system issue tag my 5G to off, I called to their CS and reported the issue, now i am able to access 5G with the free rewards
