Does anyone have any experience switching from Maxis Postpaid (Postpaid 98 + Share 48) to Hotlink Postpaid plans?
Can this be done online/call, or need to go in-store to do it?
How will the shareline be treated?
Thanks!
Note: The Maxis plan is free from any contract.

I have a question about Hotlink Postpaid:
If I have 2 numbers registered under my name, both on Hotlink Postpaid, must I pay the bills separately or can they be paid together?

QUOTE(soyusa @ Jan 16 2024, 09:32 PM) For me - I received two separate bills monthly for two numbers registered under my name. Can you pay together or must pay separately? I mean, must you login separately into Hotlink app on each phone to make payment? Or can it be done just on one of the phones? This post has been edited by contestchris: Jan 17 2024, 12:26 AM

QUOTE(ericpires @ Jan 18 2024, 10:25 PM) The Postpaid 45 is a new offering that comes with 30GB of 4G+5G and 30GB of 5G with a total data allocation of 60GB, which costs RM45/month with a RM10 monthly rebate for the first six months. Is this plan ok? I want to port from Celcom old plan, the receptions and data very bad now Go ahead, Hotlink Postpaid uses the same network as Maxis, so call quality, data coverage etc all the same.

I have a question about Hotlink Postpaid bill:
If I have 2 numbers registered under my name, both on Hotlink Postpaid, I understand I will receive two separate bills.
Is there a way to pay them together? Or must individually log into each account and pay 1 by 1?

QUOTE(tadashi987 @ Jan 22 2024, 01:14 AM) Hmmm I just converted today from postpaid 40 -> 45, straight my 15GB reward was able to get 5G but now only able to get 4G, crap I am also not sure after converted, are we still able to get the loyalty reward, my loyalty bonus was from the remaining of my postpaid 40 plan, needa check the next round renewal and see Loyalty bonus stays when upgrading/downgrading between Hotlink Postpaid plans

QUOTE(MixBlood @ Jan 20 2024, 09:40 AM) Called CS and she said old Postpaid 40 no longer offer 5G and need to change to the new Postpaid 45 to use 5G Nonsense, Postpaid 40 comes with 4g/5g data. Just no separate standalone 5g data.

QUOTE(99gloomy @ Apr 14 2024, 02:38 PM) Hi Sifu, Thinking of switching to hotlink postpaid 45 from my old celcom plan since celcom has stopped giving extra 20 gb. CelcomDigi new plan Postpaid 5G 40 SE is marked at their so called 5G Essential speed tier which is limited to 100Mbps, seems barely can call it a 5G in my opinion. May I know what the 5G speedtest result for hotlink postpaid 45 on a weekday office hours? the hotlinks CS seems to tell me the limit is 300 Mbps. Has anyone achieved better result than that? No speed capping. In theory, you should get the same performance as Maxis 5G.
