Last day i'm also been told that, we can call 123 and port Maxis to Hotlink RM60 plan.

Only rm60 plan? if rm30 or 40, is it possible too?

At first Hotlink will port us auto to Flex RM60,
after that we can apply again downgrade to RM40.
Me not yet try this, dont know sure or not.

I try before, RM60 downgrade to RM40 and then a month later upgrade back to RM60. Just the hassle is you need to call to perform the change and cannot be done via apps.

You have to contact customer service for the stopped of plan. It will also be pro-rated on your bill as well.

Hi all, may I know how to make payment for Postpaid Hotlink Flex? Via Hotlink Flex App, Online Banking, Jom Pay or Credit Card? I tried to access via Maxis portal but the webpage indicate "please enter with maxis phone number?" Isn't that Hotlink Flex mobile number is under Maxis care?

If I want changed back from holink flex to hotlink prepaid can it be done straight away?

You have to either call Maxis CS or walk in to Maxis Center or outlet to perform the change.
