Any new plans coming up from hotlink postpaid ?

I just port out hotlink postpaid 30 + 10 to XOX prepaid after feel that it is not worth with 1gb internet + 1gb youtube since almost 1 year of subscription. Was thinking to port to Celcom RM38 which much more worth but saw the speed cap, I cancelled my plan.

anyone know how to switch from Maxis postpaid to Hotlink postpaid (without need to step in the Maxis center).
heard from my friend that i need to call Maxis to change my Maxis postpaid line to Hotlink prepaid first. then can go to any mobile shop to register as Hotlink postpaid (or just call Maxis again to ask them change hotlink prepaid to Hotlink postpaid). then Hotlink will deliver new sim (hotlink postpaid) to me.

is the above workable? all i try to achieve is change from Maxis postpaid to hotlink postpaid virtually (by phone call to center and without a need to step out from my house as my area got many covid cases)

there are two options actually

1) submit MNP
2) submit MCMC complaint

once you receive call from retention then straight can convert from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink Postpaid. no need to change to prepaid also.

bullshit them maxis. it can be done. I've personally done it only need to call 123.

I have changed from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink Postpaid very recently.
I have followed their advise, which told me to change to Prepaid, use it for almost a month, then call in again to change to Hotlink Postpaid. No need to walk in to any service center. The whole process took me about 1 month plus to fully swap to Hotlink Postpaid.

How to change to prepaid? Need to buy new sim or just change plan online? Coming from maxis postpaid

We can change directly from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink Postpaid, just call 123 and tell them. No need go thru prepaid.

Really? The staff told me the only way to transition was to either port out or change to prepaid first. So I chose prepaid.
I guess lopiop can try calling to port directly into Hotlink Postpaid.

Yes. Even don't have to change the sim card. Some more can maintain the maxis club status (although it's useless).
Sometimes depends on the cs on the phone, some are not so smart and nonsense.
