that is the only wan like the landed next door, if you coming back from la salle primary school have u turn at kuchai exchange traffic light, dont think there is access from the salak south

Not sure yet, UOA should be using 8th & Stella as reference.

If 6xxpsf can buy? freehold in sri petaling

i think pinnacle SP being leasehold at strategic spot selling around 650psf... i think 6xxpsf if below 650psf should be quite okay being lower density and freehold... surrounding lrt no more land already anyway... so dont need to hope for walking to lrt....

Pinnacle selling 6xxpsf leasehold but near to all amenities.

8th & Stella selling 6xxpsf, leasehold but near to MRT

Aspen green, main selling point = freehold. If rm6xxpsf should be no problem to sell.

The traffic at the Pinnacle though.... shakehead.gif

For this (Aspen) location, nothing really special... not extremely near to amenities. Probably need to drive. Unless UOA plan to do some sort of mixed development.

pinnacle can sell so expensive is because their walking distance to everything in the heart of SP... jam should not be the main concern during those entertainment hours... instead u can watch others burn in jam from your balcony... laugh.gif laugh.gif this aspen main point would be low density + freehold... maybe maximum have some shoplots below... most probably wont be mixed development gua... with that land size....
