Unfortunately, no. You cannot switch from Maxis to Hotlink Flex on your postpaid plan.

Maybe can try request change from Maxis postpaid to Hotlink Red first, after successful converted, then request migrate to Hotlink Flex.

Maybe give a try at Twitter there, they r quite helpful over there and more responsive to enquiry.
