QUOTE(#Victor @ Mar 19 2018, 11:25 AM) U sure can change to Hotlink prepaid from Maxis Postpaid? Went few Maxis center and called CS was told cannot change Maxis > Hotlink, but Hotlink > Maxis no problem. Can I change from an existing Maxis Postpaid plan to Hotlink Flex? Unfortunately, no. You cannot switch from Maxis to Hotlink Flex on your postpaid plan.QUOTE(#Victor @ Mar 19 2018, 03:21 PM) Told u unable to switch from Maxis postpaid to any Hotlink product. You were told you can’t change from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink Flex. They didn’t say you can’t change to any prepaid products under Hotlink. You wanted to change to Hotlink Flex directly. That’s why it’s a no-go as it’s been stated in their T&C that you can’t change from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink Flex. But you can change from Maxis Postpaid to any Hotlink Prepaid Plan such as Hotlink Red.

QUOTE(#Victor @ Mar 20 2018, 04:31 PM) I did not say I want to change from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink Flex directly. I said from Maxis Postpaid to Hotlink, any Hotlink product that is available as of now which is Hotlink RED. I know it is possible as reported earlier by many but Maxis center staff are too ignorant and keep repeating no for this request. May I know which Maxis Centre did you go ? The franchise one or directly operated by Maxis ? If you are still facing issue, I suggest you to go to either Maxis Centre at The Gardens, Plaza Lowyat, Pavillion, KLCC if you’re in KL area. Maxis Centre Sumway Pyramid is ok too.

QUOTE(cfa28 @ Mar 27 2018, 10:35 AM) 1) is there any GST imposed on the monthly commitment of RM30 or the data charge of rm25 Yes. RM30 + 6% GST. The data add-on is also liable for GST. QUOTE(cfa28 @ Mar 27 2018, 10:35 AM) 2) can the monthly commitment of rm30 and the data charge of rm25 be charged automatically to the credit card Despite the confusing name/branding, this Hotlink Flex is actually a Postpaid plan. So yes. You can sign-up for auto-debit and they will bill the monthly fee to your credit card every month.
