Well, i'm suppose today is the 14th Working days after placing my order. Any updates on where is the product now currently ?

s[H]sIkuA @ i really need to know whether i could get it at least next week. As i mentioned i need the computer to be up before next weekend. If you can't even fufill even i have given you 20 working days, then you should refund me TOMORROW so that i could get the parts. Money and rebate is not a matter here, but the fufillment level is just too unacceptable when you can't even tell the estimated time of arrival for the item even after the 14 working days period.

Please take this matter seriously and discuss with your supplier, as i mentioned, rebate and money is not an issue here at this moment. Do let me know by friday if my order can be fufilled next week or not. Thanks

On the refund, will you honor the rebate as well during the refund ? Please take this seriously as you will be misleading others to blindly waiting just awaiting for refunds.

Good, additionally, we might wanna know what problem he's having to complete the order (this will be useful For those who is still pending for the order). Not a detail info, just a rough idea will do.

I'm cancelling & refunds my order because there is no estimated TaT for the item as mentioned. Since i've waited already for so long, don't tell me there is no process or progress at all for my order ? If there is no progress, the refund should not take too long.

I have not receive my refund, when can you update me on the refund ? i need partial of the money be refunded in order to purchase the part before it extinct.

Not only ALL the responses you gives previously did not solve my problem and dispute (Delay, TaT, Refunds), but yet you do not update frequently as yet its coming to one week before you reply my PM from lowyat.net,nor do MSN offline messages.

Would appreicate if you could update by this coming Thursday as this delay of reponse is unacceptable and i might bring this case to next level to resolve.

Just to let you know, i have already lost trust on your TAT and have NO INTEREST at all on proceeding with this order with you. So incase you have another idea, my final decision will still be CANCELLING the order and REFUND.

It's true i never do BIG bulk like 'this' before, but even normal procedure from Bank --< Distributor > Supplier > middle person won't take more than 2 week to settle everything, i might be wrong at your case, perhaps you can enlighten me on the delay of refunds

Just to let you know, my another supplier can get everything done within this week time, not to mentioned he already ready all the stock for me, which the price is 'few hundreds' cheaper than yours. This could save up more of my precious time.

Not to pur pressure on you, but So and again, please refund as soon as possible, else, you can refund me RM4000 first so that i could get my parts and have my computer running for business purpose.
