the ASUS x1950pro crossfire, what does it mean by 'crossfire'??

1...does this mean that this has to be the second card pair with another 1950pro card(a crossfire mode)??
or this card can be a standalone card??

2...is the postage count by where i live or count by weight of the product bought??

3..if i order smt, am i gonna wait for someone to order too so dat it is a bulk order, or the processing session started straight away??
