Yesterday was my gathering with my family.The dinner was still okay,after the dinner we went out to play Pool and darts,it was very unbearable for me as I was very uncomfortable for 2 hours while playing.My brother and their girlfriend was having lots of fun,laughing getting excited and having chats,while I was bored,aloof and uninterested.When its my turn to throw the darts,I was getting anxious because I felt left out by the group,and felt negative as in I don’t join in well with them.I will describe this as I am unable to get laugh and be happy,and I cannot focus on social and playing...it’s a unbearable 2 hour,anyone had felt like this in any situation before?

I am getting in these kind of situation like 65% of my group gathering

Hey,I try to thought it out this way,maybe I am Very introverted...some people are quiet/introvert but they don’t feel uncomfortable around people...At the end of the gathering,my gf(whom I know for two months) says my behavior is weird.I don’t join in with laughter,that’s one of the problem,others laughing but I seem not happy,it’s troubling

Hope both of us do better in the future.When I am in those situation it’s really unbearable for me
