yes the HTC is below view out if you stand or sit inside your apartments,

but when you approach the apartment, its RIGHT IN YOUR FACE. there is no way you can hide it off your visitors, your future tenant or your future subsale buyers.

even up to now, there is no consensus on how close is TOO CLOSE to live next to human habitant. some said 100m whereas other said 2kms.

is KL really run out of 'non htc view' apartments to buy these days?

These apartment were built next/near to HTC as these land are super cheap as they are not suitable for residential use. But during Ku Nan reign, anything is possible as long as he gets some benefit.

Lands next/near to HTC are only suitable for light industries or warehouse to minimize exposure

Residential is a big no-no as children and elderly are home most of the time. In the near future, we will see and increase in cancer in children that stay near to HTC

Science Master.
Other area not sure. Come kepong to makan makan, a lot high tention cable nearby housing area. You can go interview how many people die in cancer before do judgement.

segambut there got few rows of landed just beside and underneath the big parisian tower... i see alot old generation residents there... living beyond 70 years old... even can jogging healthily in the morning... so what are the odds of kena cancer like your study shown? same applies to those landed staying inside cheras hartamas also more than 20 years residences... i'm just being curious... not trying to cucuk u...
