They're the same guys behind Casa Green, their earlier project. I wonder if this type of pricing method is used in that project as well. hmm.gif

Yes, it's the same. And for Casa Green Bukit Jalil, purchasers actually fork out 10% dp to buy, no rebate.
I heard from them their boss don't believe in marketing gimmick

Recently read a thread about living near to MRT/LRT will have sound pollution . I think it will affect your unit especially those facing mrt side. What is the distance between aster to MRT connaught ? What is your guys opinion?

lower entry price?... compare to which project?

are you referring to smallest unit with 2 rooms? how about bigger unit or duplex which will more than 500k?

their maximum price tag for the largest unit is around 560k nett... i think compared to other direct linked mrt projects... are they selling at lower pricing for a 1009 sqft unit?

Largest unit are low floor and at HTC level. thats why selling cheap

lol... like i said... every level increase rm500 only... maximum u get an increment of rm17.5k at the max top floor... at 578k for 1009 sqft... any direct mrt linked project comparable with similar size at similar price at the highest floor?

There are no increment opportunity for big units as there are none on higher floor.. all the big unit were built on lower floor only.
