I think this phone has more to offer than previous version, depending on how the rumours turned out.

If you upgrade from S7 to S8, you are getting lesser than what you'll get when you upgrade from S8 to S9. Stereo speaker, dual aperture, ar emoji.

I was never a fan of marketing hype like infinity screen and it still stay that way. What you should look at are features that are long due such as stereo speaker. Last but not least, it will be the processing power. It seem like Samsung finally got the formulae right. The numbers are awesome.

Anyway, no breakthroughs or innovation worth mentioning on the S9/S9+ which was already expected of Samsung. The S8/S8+ was already a good product, hard to improve something which was already very good.

seems like less curve, as the mid frame is now thicker.

Reviewers mentioned it is looks exactly the same as the S8/S8+ albeit being a bit thicker.

For S9, yes. It's less curve similar to Note 8.

For S9 plus, it's curve is almost similar to S8 plus.

S9+ should be about 3.6k
S8+ should drop to 2.6k since qoo10 already offered that 6months ago.

so is it worth to be pay for 3.6k when the difference is so little for additional 1k

After watching the introduction video, we could notice that Samsung keeps mentioning the word business all around the scenes. Usually the term "Business" is reserved for Note series.

Looks like nowadays the boundary between S series and Note series is ceased to exist.

They need to make note a more standout product compare to S Series, if not people wont get attracted to get it and from samsung track records Note is always a more polish and final product of samsung. S series is always more a beta testing product.

Like yellowish tinted on s8 - They make sure it dont happen on note 8
Single camera on s8 - dual camera on note 8
Ram 4GB on s8+ - They make sure note 8 have 6gb ram
Infinity display from s8 - more polish on Note 8 lesser curve

Yeah only slight difference between each model.
Sort of a minor upgrade with each release.

Seemed like running out of ideas for phones.
Need some revolutionary change that will make an impact & redefine the phone market.

Stereo nice.

Also s8+ turun harga. Sell me ur 2nd hand pls

There's rumor saying S9 will be the last model in S series, same goes to Note 9 in Note series. Next year their name will be changed to X series. The brand new design foldable display phone will appear and become the top dog of all series.

Agree, which was why I mentioned yesterday the only things I would improve on was the fingerprint scanner location, adding 2GB RAM (I personally felt the S8+ was not as smooth as the Note 8), a bigger battery and stereo speakers. Other than that, there’s not much to do on what was already a great product.

Better hands free and YouTube watching experience, that’s it. Doesn’t have to be loud enough to annoy others, haha.
