I would say 4Gb would be the minimum., 6Gb would be adequate and 8gb would be overkill.

On s8+ sometimes will lag because 4gb  safest is 6gb on my note 8 smooth like buttrr

I had the S8+ and Note 8 back to back, and for Samsung’s UI, 6GB RAM is better.

Samsung definitely needs 6GB knowing how TouchWiz (Samsung Experience UI) is. The memory management will suffer on 4GB. Go for 6GB min on sammy

wahh, i thought I'm the only one having this problem. Haha, back then when I use S7 Edge, I need to change the resolution to WQHD, can't stand the FHD because the animation and all does not seems right because of the refresh rate is different if u use WQHD from my observation.

Just go naked, I've been using my note 8 for around half a year without screen protectors only with UAG plasma case. I tried a few SP initially, after trying a few and gave up till now still no scratches, not even hairline ones. Even dropped a few times. I usually put my phone in a dedicated pocket, but sometimes i do forget and put them in my keys pocket but so far still no scratches at all. I asked a few friends who are using note 8 without SP all too have very minimal to none hair line scratches

We payed so much for the display, I think we should just enjoy it and not get ripped off by SP industry. Just my personal opinion.

+1. I just like you simply hate any type of SP on my phones. Had tried once TG on previous Note but took it off after 2 weeks. I only use SP on Xperia phones as the anti shatter film easily scratch
I had been warned umpteen times about not using any SP. So far in my past 8 years of using so many phones I see no need of SP. I won't let all the talk of possible accident damaging the dispay affect me.
My flipcases are good enough to protect the display

S9plus user..any review on the battery life..

Currently at 10% with 10hr usage from full charged..sot 2hr 30min..

I think should be better than this...

But when choosing the tone inside whatsapp, the sound is like usual...

Only when there is incoming msg, the sound level become very soft....

Is this a bug or what?

This only happen to whatsapp? Is wechat & other app like line, kakao affected as well?

Anyone upgrade from s7edge here?

For me YES screen is stunning, perfect speaker. But battery life not so impressive. I rmb my s7e perform better when new.

Hopefully, because when u purchase the S9+ there's a sticker stick on the box shown "Southeast Asian SIM card only" make me confuse..

Not sure whether like China Unicom, China Mobile SIM card can be use or not..
