Actually there are ... However, not making money to its full potential is also a problem. If under same industry, others are making 1 Billion but the GLC is making 100 Million, it is also considered as poor management. Probably the money went to you know where ... Look at TM for instance, full monopoly but in telco, it's not not performing as the greatest telco company.
