Hi all,

I'm currently using an LG G4. It's a good phone, loved it. Being using it for almost 3 years.

But now, it has started to acting up and it is really frustrating; GPS rarely works, battery thirsty, lags sometimes etc.

So I decided to upgrade my phone. I've been doing survey for almost 3 months, looking for the best phone out there.

Then I found out, they'll be releasing the new "Snapdragon 845", sometime in Q1 or Q2.

I found a phone of my choice, HTC U11 plus. But it is running on Snapdragon 835.

My question is, should I wait for Snapdragon 845 and upgrade to that instead?

Please advise.

Thank you very much.

Well although the Snapdragon 845 is only a slight improvement from its predecessor, the Snapdragon 835, an improvement is still an improvement. So I would wait, but I would also wait to see the specs and durability of the phone first to consider. So wait, because prices will go down, new phones will come out and your options will be more varied.

Just like what the posters above said, more options leads to better choices. Wait it out, i'm also waiting it out just to test the market.

u should wait becoz
1. to get the latest n greatest SD845 or,
2. to get SD835 at lower price after 845 is released.
