Mochi ah, i think should be this lah:
deworm together with the 1st 3 jabs, then deworm every 3 months after that. Heartworm prevention start after 3rd jab(below 6 months old), each month once, or to be specific 45 days each, but lazy to calculate lah..... This post has been edited by joanalooidog: Aug 28 2007, 09:15 AM |

chrisoys, Belle is lovely, nice coat!!!
U said that u've used human shampoo and conditioner on them before rite?? Among these brands, which one u think better, both shampoo and conditioner. Pantene, Sunsilk, Rejoice, Wella........ Which exactly from the series?? Use mild one?? I might wanna tried out coz FIFI's(shih tzu) hair got tangled easily during her period although i brush her daily. |

QUOTE(chrisoys @ Oct 12 2007, 08:51 AM) ] ic..........okk thanks.I not too sure about the effectiveness using Human Shampoo & Conditioner on Shih Tzu. But you can try and experiment yourself. Currently, I using Pantene, Fudge & Charlton Shampoo & Conditioner. This post has been edited by joanalooidog: Oct 12 2007, 08:57 AM |

QUOTE(chrisoys @ Oct 16 2007, 11:55 AM) I guess you need to be hard on the silky. That mean hold him tight and don't him move while you try cleaning his ears. After few time struggle with him, he will soon give up and will let you clean his ears. This method doesn't work for my FIFI.........try so many times d. Been cleaning her ears weekly since 3 months old. NOw almost 10months already, still dun like. Put ear drops, will purposely turn away her head. Hold her head tight also no use. Then use cotton bud to clean, lagi worst, dun wanna sit still, and will scream when the bud is in her canal. Vet say her canal is healthy, clean, no wounds, just dun like ppl mess with her ears.......... You can't spank the Silky!!! Just hold him tight or you can ask someone to help you to do so. |

QUOTE(chrisoys @ Jan 14 2008, 07:59 PM) No Tan Color at all? Then the answer is YES. is it?? then show us ur bedroom then, haha............Added on January 14, 2008, 8:20 pm Leash is dog chain. It come in many meterial. Don't buy metal chain to your dog cause metal chain will break your Silky hair around the neck area worse it will hurt & injured your dog neck. I guess your pup now is somewhere around 8 weeks old. Deworm your pup at 8weeks, 12weeks, 16weeks then every 3 months. For heartworm prevention you can start giving when your pup reach 5months old (no need do bloodtest). LOL |

QUOTE(zeist @ May 8 2008, 12:01 AM) Finally met the Aunty with Silky Terrier nearby my place. less social mah the dog. Mine also like that, scared of any dogs, expecially puppies, haha.......Apparently, she is staying the same row as me. Her Silky is old, 7 years. The fur color used to be like mine, but now changed to all brownish color, sudah tua punya pasal... 7 years old but very soft and tame, and its a male. He is afraid of my 5 months+ old female Silky. My Silky will bark at any dogs, don't know what the hell is wrong with her... Even big dogs like GR, Rottweiler, Bulldog she would also bark at them... Power sial! Biasa I think, when a dog barks, the other will start barking as well. Today met a few dog owners.... GR also got, it's a chiq owner. There are many dogs here, just that most of them are kept inside or in the cage (porch area). Able to see 1 or 2 owners daily. QUOTE(remymj @ May 8 2008, 08:36 AM) ohh...i thought u also use 1 all system de shampoo n conditioner ma! ur Dino no need lah, just use a good conditioner will do.hehe~so cute!took photo after bath! tat oil make her fur more smoothy? |
