Saw a few adverts at below 230 k on property guru. Called up- willing to let go at 220k.

I think can actually nego down further if view the actual unit.

Just checked Brickz - cheapest transaction is in march 2019- 200k. Also one at 210k.

One year after your posting in 2018- the price seems to have dropped further down

I wonder why is this a good buy at 240k when you can get in the open market between 200k to 220k?

I see so many postings on the FB mentioning it’s a good buy. I wonder if people actually do proper research or just aheep mentality - see one good posting - then keep bleating the same thing!
