Idaman Puteri and Idaman Putera will be slightly better but same that area all full invaded with arabs now.
How much is the price for Idaman Sutera? I see it is not worth more than 300k.

This is Idaman Sutera. Sold at 240k in the lelong market. Bidded up from 218k.
Guess at 250k can find from the subsale market also. |
