i was quite lucky as this was the 2nd time for me, the other time was when almost everyone didn't get their cb that month. i only maintaining this and prvimiles, so no confusion i guess. to which email tho? is it better than calling them? my call to them ytd was about 20 mins because they had to check this and that.

oh nice, u got both visa and master? tough luck i didn't manage to apply for one before my citi card got converted over. weirdly mine's visa ever since citibank. so the cb is not shared between those 2 cards right? guess bias against citi card holders hahaha

nope, last txn posted on 9th, statement on 10th, so the retail txn amount is correct, just that the cb calculation was wrong
i managed to call them ytd, the cs was arguing that my last txn top up to boost is no eligible for cb. but i told him my issue is not that, but is because my txn are now not enjoying the 10% cb even when my retail txn is above 500 as recorded in their own statement. nothing he can do there other than escalate this for recalculation. fingers crossed that things would be resolved.
