Usually, they already submit. yea thats what i did for the first week, they told me they submitted already, after the 14th day, UOB emailed me asking back the same docs again, which i submitted again, another 14 days only managed to get my card approved.where as my pb quantum got approved after 1 week applied through them, i guess maybe UOB of the specific branch they cooperate with have some delays or miscommunications between them.
