ok i totally forgot about annual fee, my one card latest statement just arrived n charged annual fee on 1st nov, but i still use the card after that date. question now do i have to pay the annual fee if I cancel the card now？my statement date is 24 Nov

They don't even bother to check for me if my card is eligible, just said no more sst rebate now. I straight away told the Cs to cancel yolo card that I haven't activate. Today someone called me again to ask if I really want to cancel, but m having meeting so she said will call me again next week. I guess when next week she call, I will ask her to cancel one plat as well

Let's see what they offer then, but most likely will still terminate it as when they reject my request, I applied other replacement card. N that tiger bank really fast n furious, apply online, got the card after 3 days.

My experience, no news after 3 weeks so I just called to cancel. One week later uob called and offer me rm75 cash back with one swipe. Since I already cut the card, they will ship me new card. Then the other day I called to ask sst rebate for another card, I asked annual fee waiver also. Surprisingly, uob approved on the spot n I got the confirmation sms n email next day.

Did they credit 60k points for paying annual fees? I got waiver also but they credited the points, already 3 months still reflect in my account. But I don't dare to use the points 😔
