Want to ask, I am using UOB One Card, with some smart cash which is going to expire, can i use it at giant? if yes, how to redeem it?

Just called customer service, UOB One Card entitled for 0.2% for BigPay reload(under Other Purchases categories)

Stupid thing = for 2019, annual waiver cannot be 100% anymore, only 50% zzz

I will cancel it by end of this year, already paid RM34 for it, don't mind to continue use it until Dec 2019 lol

You can call to customer service(+603-2612-8100) to waive the charges, but (50% only)

Ringgitplus is not that good...

Issue 1:
Applied 3 cards, all success, but only 1 RM100 voucher, moreover they sent me the voucher code and required me to use it within 1 month...

After used the voucher and 3 days later, they resent me SMS *sorry it should be next year December*...

I will no longer use Ringgitplus anymore...

Issue 2:
PBB actually provided some gifts, but if you apply via Ringgitplus, you can never get those gifts, and certain promotion s would not be eligible for Ringgitplus applicant afterwards...
