1) RM10 for Grocery category
2) RM0.10 for Others <-- which I questioned whether their calculation was correct... 0.2% x RM4.90 = RM0.01. CS reconfirmed from her system notes that RM0.10 will be credited oh well....

I read from the previous post it have cashback for grabpay reload.

Guys, my statement date when active the card is on 16th. Then request to change statement date to 27th before 16th statement date. after one month, the statement date change to 27th but the cashback still on 16th.
Anyone have this problem before?

How complicated?

My difference is for grocery that UOB have cashback for aeon supermarket and Citi doesn't have. Others is the same for cashback.

Uob one - statement
Uob evol - monthly

Same. Yesterday call CS they said will credit cb for this month together.

My cashback credited today with last month missing cashback.

Mine also same like yours. Credited same month so can offset payment.

How to live chat ?

Same receive statement but no CB

Most probably is grab coz spending near to statement date.

Ex-Citi user also but only receive grab cash back. But lazy to call CS wait them settle only.
