Hi every sifus , Im (very) new to UOB CC so I have a few questions about my PRVI Mile Card:-

1) In TnC, it said for every transaction made in foreign currency (other than RM), then every RM1 will earn 5 UNIRM





So my below 4 transactions were actually made in New Zealand Dollar (booking stage, payment stage, even UOB's SMS said 'Thank you for using ... for NZDXXX')



But when I check by PIB yesterday, it only show up 3156 UNIRM, which is like RM1 = 1 UNIRM
I called CS yesterday, he also said not sure but he said should be refresh in my next statement, which in this case should be 3156 x 5 = 15,780 UNIRM?

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong?

2) I know there is 1 'UOBM VISA 30% OVERSEAS CASH BACK CAMPAIGN'







So same for above transaction, my 1st and 3rd transaction are above RM250, so my forth transaction should be able to get the 30% cash back?

But i want to know, because my transaction date is 4/5/2019, and posting date is 6/5/2019, so it will based on 4/5/2019 or 6/5/2019? because it is 2 different weeks and got weekly cap...



The CS yesterday can't even find these campaign, so he also not sure...

3) Start from 2019, PRVI Mile Card no longer eligible to enter any lounge in any airport?

Yeah...because i received UOB SMS said 'thank you for using...' exactly after i made payment on 4/5/2019, but it didn't reflect on statement on 5/5/2019.

Well, securing the accommodation is still priority, the cash back since subject to weekly cap and i only try it on weekend, i din expect much too

For AirBnB...i rather not do it again as again, securing a place to stay is still more important

But then, I still have a few booking that is with 'pay later' option, so i will definitely try on Monday if above failed!

Hi, I though for UOB One Card, the GSC cash back is only valid for over-the-counter purchase?

Hope that it's true that online purchase also valid for this.
Anyone else can confirm this? (quite sure many here have experience this )

My trn date on Sat/Sun,but posting date on Mon/Tue, not sure which day they are going to follow, but I think no hope liao.

Last month called CS say online not entitled, only buy over-the-counter will have 8% rebate on weekend. Now someone got it
