i made a payment to maxis and the sms I receive and the sms content also mentioned it is on March 1st, 12:07am.

Why my UOB statement is capturing that Feb 29 transaction? Is this something I can call customer service to challenge?

darn...i actually waited until after 8am and reload boost to make sure it is showing Apr 1.... before that OTP page show March 31....

anyone top up boost now and the reload page at boost still says the date is 31 July? But the OTP from UOB already says it is Aug 1.... is it safe to reload now to capture for Aug? I kena before last time but i forgot if i wait until tomorrow afternoon only top up or i do it past midnite...

I checked my latest statement and on Sept 10, cashback i got is RM20 only. Does that mean that the transactions, perhaps one or two of them already out of pool?

Or i was thinking, if i reload TNG two times (i count as 1x for part of 5x reload criteria, so meaning the 2nd time for TNG is my 6th transaction), the cashback entitled for TNG is only 1 transaction <-- is this the more likely cause i didn't get full cashback?

I also got the monthly fee charged to me this month but i have definitely got transactions every month so far... hopefully it is glitch...i will call CS also...if anyone else knows the reason or confirm it's glitch, do update....thank you!

alright thanks! i tried calling CS and i cannot even get thru...straight inform me use email and end call via automated msg...

problem is now reload to ewallet too much and cannot unload it out...i tried transfer from tng ewallet to bank once and kena ban for quite long...lol...then kena un-ban and warning...haiya....

i checked today still not in...

updated: i manually calculated and looks like the RM30 cb is already in but not reflected in the transaction list...and also captured last payment is RM30 on Oct 27....

Unbilled but not appearing among the rows of transactions... but now i login and check again it is appearing already at top line...

Btw...also kena rm7.50 charge but reverse as well... they credit it back... i think IT really screw up something dee

my understanding only ya...not sure correct or not, you try maintain all but for TNG reload increase to RM25...
basically the TNB i think not eligible...
hence your other total is RM590 and not RM600 to maximize it...

aiyo...ok la..at least no minimum 5x transaction also ok la...just do RM300 top up ...
