call for terminate my one card yesterday, today receive call from uob to counter offer me 2 year annual fee and service tax waive.

Receive another new counter offer from uob regarding card cancellation which previously get sst waived with 3 swipe, now add on cashback of rm 10 per swipe for max 5 swipe per month for oct till dec. Worth to get it?
